Introduction/Technique

Required for all new members before beginning, recommended for first time drop-ins

Our introductory class helps you better understand a variety of our movements used in a majority of our classes, which mostly incorporate the use of barbells and kettlebells. We strongly encourage any first-timers to take this class, so we can safely work harder in the next.

Strength and

Endurance Class

Create a fundamental base of cardiovascular health alongside strength.

No, you won't get bulky! This class is vocal on the principles of health through a strong and enduring body. We at Momentum believe strength cannot be ignored when it comes to weight loss and overall fitness. Plus, it's always cool to be stronger than you were yesterday.

Mon-Fri:

6am, 7am, 8am, 9am

12pm, 4pm, 6pm

Youth Powerlifting and Strength Training (12+)

Teach confidence and strength through the foundation of powerlifting

Powerlifting and Strength training are the best way to safely build an athlete and their performance. However, training at a young age can benefit outside of the realm of metal and muscle. We carefully train young athletes to build strength while taking measures to prevent injury, while also promoting confidence and problem solving to tackle obstacles found in everyday life.
